JUSTICE LEAGUE VOLUME 5: FOREVER HEROES HARDCOVER

After the events of the Trinity War, where the Crime Syndicate arrives on the New 52 Earth, the Justice League is declared dead in Forever Evil. The origin of Ultraman is told as both Jor-IL and Lara kills their way so their son Kal-IL can escape Krypton. In the present Ultraman believes this world is full of weakness and confronts Jim Olsen at the Daily Planet. Jim signals his Superman watch however Black Adam arrives and battles it out with Ultraman. The battle is continued in Forever Evil #3.

The origin of Owlman is told as Thomas Wayne, Jr. and Alfred murder the Waynes. The origin of the New 52 Plastic Man begins as he is sprayed by a liquid from Owlman. Thomas Wayne, Jr. wants Nightwing to join him and he agrees to help him stop the Crime Syndicate. Doctor Will Magnus creates the Metal Men and they sacrificed themselves to save him. The Cyborg reforms the Metal Men and take on Grid and the Secret Society of Super-Villains.
