Flint asks Duke to disband his Cobra Files team as Tomax brings in Firefly to take down the team and break him out. Tomax escapes and kills off Firewall before confronting Chameleon. Clockspring discovers Cobra has wired the building to be destroyed so he activates the fire alarms so the civilians can escape. Meanwhile Tomax offers Chameleon a chance to come back and work for him again. Tomax gets away and Clockspring speeds up the bomb while trapping Major Bludd with him. The building comes down however Chameleon manages to escape.
