Doctor Augustus Silkowski was developing the first version of Bloodshot back in the 1930s. Ninjak, Eternal Warrior, and X-O Manowar search for Livewire who is missing in Taiwan as they deal with soldiers who are brainwashed by Dr. Silk. Livewire listens to Dr. Silk as he reveals his origins. His original body and mind is in storage while his surrogates roam freely. Now Dr. Silk plans to control the world by infecting it with a visual microbiotic virus. Stopping the virus means finding Dr. Silk’s original body so his clones will be weakened. Ninjak believes he has narrowed the location and severs Dr. Silk’s head. However it was only a clone as the real one lies in Japan.
