ORIGINAL SIN: THOR & LOKI  — THE TENTH REALM TPB

Following the events of Age of Ultron #10, Angela arrives in the Marvel Universe. In the first issue of Original Sin, Thor discovers he has a sister. Now the connection between Angela and Thor will be revealed as well as the existence of a Tenth Realm. Thor leaves for Asgardia and confronts the All-Mother who reveals the truth to Thor about the Tenth Realm and his sister, Aldrif.

Odin and the All-Mother saw their daughter Aldrif killed by the Queen of Angels in the Tenth Realm. Later Odin ripped the Tenth Realm from the roots of Yggdrasil. Thor takes a younger Loki to the Tenth Realm to find his long lost sister who an older Loki reveals to be Angela. The older Loki sends Angela back to the tenth realm of Heven as both Thor and Loki confront the angels until the arrival of their sister. Angela defeats Thor and Loki becomes the angels Mistress of Strategies. Loki plans to attack Asgard using a Worldkiller Fleet from the Angels. He rams the fleet into Asgard’s barrier and destroys the fleet and frees Odin.

The Queen of the Angels reveals the truth to Thor about her sister that she died long ago however Odin arrives to reveal Angela is really Aldrif his own daughter. The Queen of Angels releases Angela who discovers she is Asgardian. Odin, Loki, and Thor return home and Angela begins her journey into the other realms leading the way for Angela: Asgard’s Assassin #1 in December 2014. The final issue was a quick wrap which destroyed the momentum of the other issues. We knew from the beginning Angela was Thor’s sister in the first issue and the rest were just filler.
