Sandman’s sister Death enters the DC Universe explaining to Luthor the order of things as well as his impending death as indicated within Geoff Johns’ Superman: Secret Origin. Paul Cornell portrays a helpless Lex Luthor negotiating with Death of the Endless. Majority of the issue consists of dialogue between the two characters as Luthor tries to accept his fate only to realize that he hasn’t. Looking forward to how this plays out as the series approaches issue #900. The back-up features Nick Spencer writing a very resourceful Jimmy Olsen taking on an alien armada with fantastic art by RB Silva who is definitely an artist to watch in 2011.
