Diggle is kidnapped by Richard Dragon and Red Dart, Brick, and Killer Moth goes up against Green Arrow. He is shocked to see Emiko who claims she is the new Green Arrow. Dragon reveals both Diggle and Green Arrow took down his father who once rule Seattle’s underworld. Now he wants it back and trained with the League of Assassins.

Emiko and Green Arrow take on Red Dart, Brick, and Killer Moth and they find Richard Dragon who holds Diggle hostage. The Clock King arrives and shoots Fyff in the stomach while Count Vertigo throws Diggle out the window. They all fight their way out of their situations and Richard Dragon is finally defeated.
