Review: Fury: SHIELD 50th Anniversary #1 [2015]

Back in 1965 Nick Fury is dealing with a racial situation while in 2015 Nick Fury Jr. deals with a racial situation with the Hate-Monger who has been having dealings with Hydra involving time travel. While taking down the Hate-Monger, Nick Fury Jr. is teleported back to 1965. Now the two stories are one. Nick Fury Jr. cannot reveal who he is to his father without violating the time displacement protocols. Together they track down the Hate-Monger who is targeting the child Barack Hussein Obama. They succeed and Nick Fury, Jr. returns home with the Hate-Monger to his time. This is a terrific one-shot with a story linking the past and the future.
