ULTIMATE COMICS X #4
The issue of Ultimate X finally arrives as the last issue was released on June 2010. The delay between the two issues was due to Art Adams wife delivering their newborn child. The series records and unites Jimmy Hudson, Jean Grey, and Derek Morgan on a journey to gather vulnerable mutants. This issue focuses on Liz and Teddy Allen whose father is the mutant Blob who died during Ultimatum. The team attempts to recruit them however leaves with Liz Allen while the Quicksilver arrives and Teddy joins him.
Writer Jeph Loeb tells the story by introducing each of the characters first before defining and answering the question: What is Ultimate X? The final issue wraps up in May however with Art Adams drawing these issues are worth the wait.
