The situation has been raised from Condition Yellow to Orange to Red. Nick Fury orders Hawkeye to retrieve the serum so they will not be behind in the arms race. As the situation increases to Condition Black, Fury sends in his covert mutant team Ultimate X to assist Hawkeye.
