G.I. JOE #8
Following the death of Cobra Commander by an undercover G.I. Joe agent Chuckles, the Cobra Council conducted a contest on who would be able to murder the most Joes. The event was titled the Cobra Civil War which eventually led to a new Cobra Commander who was once called Krake. Now the Cobra Command begins as Krake takes hold of the organization as Joes recover from their massive losses that occurred during the Cobra Civil War.
