Following the end of Cobra Civil War, a new Cobra Commander is chosen in the form of Cobra Operative Krake. Now the new Cobra Commander is cleaning out the Golden Triangle beginning with Nanzhao the center of the worldwide drug trade. Cobra spreads hundreds of leaflets telling the citizens of Nanzhad to evacuate. A small team of Joes heads towards the nation to sabotage Cobra’s plans starting with calling in an airstrike to take out a jamming tower. Scarlett discovers Cobra plans on destroying Nanzhao.
