The
Marvel Universe 616 Spider-Man Peter Parker meets the new Marvel Universe 1610
Ultimate Spider-Man Mike Morales in this special series timed for the Amazing Spider-Man film. Spider-Man
finds Mysterio who has found his way to the Ultimate Universe and Spider-Man
falls into the portal. Now in the Ultimate Universe, Spider-Man quickly finds
out people know who he is behind the mask and he quickly runs into Miles
Morales, the Ultimate Universe Spider-Man.
Spider-Man
confronts Mike Morales while Mysterio sends his robotic Avatar the Ultimate
Mysterio to take on Spider-Man. Miles shocks Peter and takes him to Nick Fury.
Fury tells Miles to tell Peter everything that has happened to the previous
Spider-Man. On the way back they face the Ultimate Mysterio Avatar.
Would
have been nice to see Peter and Miles meet within the first few pages then kick
off the story from there. Overall this was a very decompressed story of how two
Spider-Men met with various highpoints however nothing really consistent to
escalate the story telling.
