Following the events of Cobra Command, Ronin is being pursued by Cobra Vipers in Japan and kills them. Duke tries to talk her into joining G.I. Joe. Tomax offered to use a casino as the G.I. Joe Black Ops headquarters which doesn’t go well with the Chameleon who shoots him four times. Later Tomax reveals the highest Cobra asset: the son of the former Cobra Commander.

Blacklight meets Firefly who tries to kill him at Heathrow Airport. Blacklight finds another way out of England and lands in Zurich. Ronin tracks down Cobra Commander’s son William Kessler-Latta. She takes him back to Lady Jaye and interrogates him. Meanwhile Flint and the Chameleon head to Alexandria and discover Firefly with a van full of explosives. Chameleon chases and knocks out Firefly while Flint deals with the van by driving it into the bay.
