Batman is kidnapped by Man-Bats while Talia Al Ghul created an adult Damian from a belly of a whale. Batman is placed inside a safe and thrown into a pool at Wayne Tower which is taken over by Talia. Robin suits up and helps his father and teams up with Nightwing before facing his evil twin brother. Damian falls before his twin evil brother and the consequences are felt between both Talia and Batman.

Bruce buries his son Damian as the city of Gotham wants him arrested for supporting Batman Incorporated. Batman uses a Man-Bat formula and a unique suit of armor to go after Talia and Leviathan. The final battle begins and Talia kills the Heretic and Gotham as she goes toe-to-toe with Batman. Kathy Kane arrives and shoots Talia dead.

After the death of his daughter, the League of Assassins prepares for their return with clones of the Sons of Batman. Batman, Incorporated Special #1 presents stories from several members of Batman, Incorporated including Bat-Cow.
