THE WALKING DEAD: THE GOVERNOR

During
the third season of The Walking Dead, the Governor put walker heads in a fish
tank and stared at them. The scene is supposed to be horrific and presents him
as evil. The special explores the reasoning behind him putting the heads in the
tanks. The Governor wants the evil to stare back at him so he is no longer
scared but amused.
