The issue showcases stories soon to be appearing in their
own Marvel series. These include Loki, Silver Surfer, the Invaders, Black
Widow, Ms. Marvel, and the Avengers. Throughout the story Loki gathers 5 keys
to open a chest holding Gram the Sword of Sigurd. All the ongoing series seems
quite unimpressive and predictable except for Black Widow and Silver Surfer
which is written by Superior Spider-Man’s Dan Slott. He took Silver Surfer and
made him into the Doctor Who of the Marvel Universe.
