Guardians Team-Up Vol. 1 [2015] by Brain Michael Bendis

The Guardians Team-Up begins as the Guardians arrive on Earth with an unknown alien force following them. They crash land upside down on a strip mall as the Avengers arrive and introduce themselves. Hawkeye takes down their ship and a ground battle ensues as the aliens reveal themselves as the Chitauri. They use a weapon to take down both the Guardians and the Avengers as the leader reveals herself as Nebula. Writer Brian Michael Bendis directed the issue towards the fans of the Guardians and Avengers movies by integrating the villains of both movies into the first issue. 

Guardians Team-Up #2 begins as Nebula kidnaps Gamora and takes her to the Uncharted Zone to the Planet Kindun to collect her bounty. Both the Avengers and the Guardians arrive to save her using Manifold to transport to the other side of the galaxy. She was wanted for her crimes with her father Thanos. Gamora arrives safely back with the rest of the Guardians and the Avengers as the Planet Kindun crumbles. 

Guardians Team-Up #3 On Hala is under attack by Beast, Angel, and Gamora as Ronan tries to convince the Supreme Intelligence that he will submit to the Black Vortex to halt the attack. Ronan submits to the Black Vortex and halts their attack however is labeled a traitor to the Supreme Intelligence. On Spartax Gara the last of the Vicardi is back to destroy the Black Vortex while Cyclops, Iceman, and Groot are captured by the Slaughter Lords.

Guardians Team-Up #4 Alien bounty hunters are tracking Gamora back to Earth where they mistakenly attack She-Hulk who has been searching for her missing witness. After She-Hulk meets Gamora the two decide to take on both the alien bounty hunters as well as find the missing witness who has been kidnapped. Guardians Team-Up #5 Cosmic takes Rocket’s beer to Earth where he is playing cards with the Pet Avengers. Rocket follows and meets the Pet Avengers consisting of Lockjaw from the Inhuman, Zabu from Kazar, Redwing from Falcon AKA Captain America, Throg from Thor, and Ms. Lion. The game is interpreted by the Vulture Von Doom and the Pets of Evil Masters who kidnap the Pet Avengers so he can obtain the residue of cosmic energies left from their contact with the Infinity Gauntlet to create a new Cosmic Cube. Rocket, Cosmic, and Ms. Lion are left behind during the attack and they save the Pet Avengers who end up playing cards back at Knowhere.
