Following
DC Universe: Rebirth, Wally West has
returned while everyone around him has forgotten him. He is first confronted by
Nightwing who remembers him after they touch one another. The other Titans
arrive and attack Wally believing he attacked Nightwing. One by one each of the
Titans remembers Wally who reveals he has been outside of time and the
universe. Wally wants the Titans to find out what happened together and to make
sure it doesn’t happen again.
