Following
Forever Evil, Dick Grayson’s
identity is revealed to the world and he discards his Nightwing identity to
become an Agent 37 of Spyral. After
the Robin War, Dick Grayson joined the Parliament of Owls because they implanted
a bomb in Daimen Wayne’s skull. With the help of Midnighter, Dick removes the
bomb and plans to destroy the Parliament of Owls as Nightwing. The issue builds
on the previous Grayson series and moves forward by bringing back Nightwing to
