The final battle of the Last Jedi
takes place on the planet Crait a salt world where the Resistance had a secret
base. The issue begins with the Rebels retreating to the planet Baraan-Fa after
being hunted by the Empire. Leia wants to take a squadron to the dead planet of
Crait to find a suitable base. Mon Mothma doesn’t trust Trusk who runs the
mining colony on the planet.
Leia and her squadron arrive on the planet and admits to Trusk that they know he works with the Empire and attempts to persuade him to the Rebellion. Trusk informs them that the Scar Squadron of Stormtroopers are arriving on Crait as a salt storm is looming on the planet. They take care of Scar Squadron and return to the Rebel Fleet. Overall this issue is a filler and doesn’t add to the mythology of the events within the Last Jedi.
