ULTIMATE AVENGERS VS. NEW ULTIMATES PREMIERE HARDCOVER

The events of the Ultimate Avengers Vs. New Ultimates take place following Ultimate Avengers 3 when vampires nearly took over the Triskelion before Captain America teleported it to Iran. Both the Ultimate Avengers and the New Ultimates investigate a break-in at an English facility called Bevan’s Rainbow containing the secrets for the next generation of superheroes.

The New Ultimates are a government sponsored team lead by Colonel Carol Danvers along with Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, and Hawkeye. The team heads to Bulgaria to spot a train transporting a superhuman that dies due to complications. The participants on the train reveal that Nick Fury is behind it.

The Avengers are a black ops team lead by Nick Fury with Gregory Stark providing the tech. Nick Fury recruits Frank Castle, Blade, War Machine, and Hawkeye. The team is sent to Argentine to take down superhuman arms dealers. The mastermind behind the trade is Tyrone Cash the first Hulk. The Avengers takes down Cash who reveals to be working with Colonel Carol Danvers of the New Ultimates.

Both teams face off against one another in New York. Iron Man and War Machine square off while Blade kidnaps Colonel Carol Danvers as Captain America takes down Nick Fury. The Punisher sets his sights and fires on Captain America just as Spider-Man arrives and takes the bullet.

- Tony Stark uses an electromagnetic pulse to take out his brother’s tech

- Thor kills Gregory Stark however North Korean was only a distraction to Middle East peace

- Carol Danvers resigns as Director of S.H.I.E.L.D while Nick Fury returns

- Black Widow takes over the Black Ops Avengers Division

- The entire event has been orchestrated by Nick Fury to reestablish the status quo
