The Doctor Who spin-off finally arrives as the fourth season of Torchwood premieres on Starz channel beginning on July 8, 2011. The current series begins as Earth suffers an instant population boom because no one is dying.
Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) and Gwen Cooper (Eve Myles) unite to discover the secrets of Miracle Day.
