The Ghostof Jason Todd comes to visit Bruce Wayne in the Batcave. Batman meets withCommissioner Gordon who tells him Catwoman is on the prowl who has informationabout the Joker. While pursing Catwoman over the rooftops of Gotham , Batmanfalls several stories into a pile of garbage, which breaks his fall. Catwomanreminds Batman of his past with his parents and Robin.
Supermanarrives to lend Batman a hand who takes him to check on his bait. Batman tellsSuperman the bait will go to jail and he will scare his son so he doesn’tfollow his father’s footsteps in a life of crime. Superman suggests taking alook at Gotham ’s citizens and takes him toCommissioner Gordon’s home. Batman listens in and realizes not everyone agreeswith his methods. Superman takes him back to his Batmobile, which is blown upby the Joker.
The Joker takes him to Gotham Cemetery Gotham in flames, and hishome sold with no one to miss him. Batman climbs out of the grave as the Jokercloses in on Batman’s bait. However Batman arrives in time to save him and hisson. We learn on the final exactly who was the narrator of the story.
