Bob and Helen await the arrive of their newborn Jack-Jack and heads towards Doc Sunbright to deliver him. However the Confederacy of Crime is holding him hostage until they receive an alien virus. The Incredibles sneak in and defeat the Confederacy of Crime and deliver Jack-Jack.
Jack-Jack was infected with the alien virus at birth and it has remained dominant until now. When Jack-Jack sneezes he passes powers to others near him. Now Jack-Jack is kidnapped by the Confederacy of Crime who instills powers to their henchmen.The Incredibles overcomes the Confederacy of Crime by using the alien virus to enhance their own powers.
