THE FLASH VOLUME 2: ROGUES REVOLUTION HARDCOVER
Tuskegee Airman Roscoe Hynes has been trapped within the Speed Force since 1944. Flash discovers Turbine has been causing the time vortexes and brings him to the present. Meanwhile battling his father, Gorilla Grodd has now become the king of Gorilla City. The Flash arrives in the present to Gorilla City with no memories of who he is while Iris West and the others remain inside the Speed Force. The Flash remembers and takes on Gorilla Grodd who accidentally buries himself. Barry returns home to find Dr. Darwin Elias leading a protest against the Flash.

SERIES HIGHLIGHTS
- Two years ago Marco Mardon was killed and Patty Spivot is investigating his murder
- The Flash is after the Weather Wizard who he believes kidnapped Patty       
- The Weather Wizard finds out it was his brother’s wife that killed him
- The Weather Wizard attempts to kill himself however the Glider takes him home
- Barry heads to Keystone City and finds a bar with Lenny Snart AKA Captain Cold
- Heatwave arrives and the Flash takes out both him and Captain Cold
- On their way to Iron Heights, the Glider arrives to rescue both Captain Cold and Heatwave
- The Glider frames the Flash for the attack on Dr. Darwin Elias who is currently dying
- The monorail train is in the mirror-world thanks to Mirror Master
- The Rogues led by the Glider is at war with her brother Captain Cold


THE FLASH ANNUAL #1
Dr. Darwin Elias offers Captain Cold a genome recoder to rewrite their DNA so their powers are incorporated into themselves like the Flash. Each Rogue got a power upgrade however some had consequences. Captain Cold’s sister is stuck in another astral plane, Mirror Master is stuck in the Mirror World, and Heatwave’s body is burned.

Both Captain Cold and the Flash take on the Rogues following the events of The Flash #12. However the battle is interrupted when King Grodd and his people arrive to Central City leading the way for the story to continue within The Flash #13.
