THE FLASH ANNUAL #1
Dr. Darwin Elias offers Captain Cold a genome recoder to
rewrite their DNA so their powers are incorporated into themselves like the
Flash. Each Rogue got a power upgrade however some had consequences. Captain
Cold’s sister is stuck in another astral plane, Mirror Master is stuck in the
Mirror World, and Heatwave’s body is burned.
Both Captain Cold and the Flash take on the Rogues
following the events of The Flash #12.
However the battle is interrupted when King Grodd and his people arrive to
Central City leading the way for the story to continue within The Flash #13.
