The Ultimates
travel to Tian to see both the twin brothers Xorn of the Celestials and Zone of
the Eternals to help deal with the Reed Richard’s Children of Tomorrow. The
Oracle sends a message and the City sends one back. After killing the Oracle of
the People, Reed sends an armada to Tian to deal with the Ultimates and the
People however the Hulk arrives to kill the Children of Tomorrow. The President
forces the Hulk into action by threatening to dissect the She-Hulk AKA Betty
Ross. Meanwhile Zorn of the Eternals leads an attack against the Children of
Tomorrow.
The
President issues the Winter Protocols to take over S.H.I.E.L.D. and the
Triskelion. He also launches tactical nukes against the City. All of the them. The
Hulk realized he has used by the United States
